What is TriBloc?

TriBloc is Sri Lanka's premier tourism platform connecting travelers with authentic local experiences, including tours, hotels, restaurants, and nightlife venues.

Is TriBloc free to use?

Yes! Browsing listings and posting ads on TriBloc is completely free for both businesses and travelers.

Do I need an account to browse listings?

No, you can browse all listings without an account. However, you'll need to create an account to post ads, leave reviews, or save favorites.

For Businesses

How do I list my business?

Click "List Your Business" or "Post Ad", create an account or login, fill in your business details, upload photos, and submit for approval. Our admin team will review within 24-48 hours.

What types of businesses can be listed?

We accept tours & experiences, hotels & accommodation, restaurants & cafes, and pubs & bars. Your business must be located in Sri Lanka.

How long does approval take?

Most listings are reviewed within 24-48 hours. You'll receive an email notification once approved or if changes are needed.

Can I edit my listing after it's approved?

Yes, go to your Dashboard, find your listing, and click "Edit". Major changes may require re-approval.

For Travelers

How do I find listings?

Use the search bar on the homepage, browse by category, or explore by location. You can filter results by category, location, and ratings.

How do I contact a business?

Each listing page displays contact information including phone, email, and website. You can call, email, or visit their website directly.

How do I leave a review?

Visit the listing page, scroll to reviews, and click "Write a Review". You must be logged in. Rate your experience (1-5 stars) and share your feedback.

Are all businesses verified?

Yes! Our admin team verifies every listing before it appears on the platform to ensure authenticity and prevent scams.

Account & Security

How do I reset my password?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your email, and we'll send you a reset link.

How do I delete my account?

Contact our support team via the contact form or email us at support@tribloc.com to request account deletion.

Is my personal information safe?
