By accessing or using TriBloc ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Platform.
2. Description of Service
TriBloc is a tourism platform that connects travelers with local businesses in Sri Lanka, including tours, hotels, restaurants, and entertainment venues. We provide a platform for businesses to list their services and for users to discover and review them.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Registration: To access certain features, you must create an account with accurate information.
3.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3.3 Account Types: We offer accounts for regular users, business advertisers, and administrators.
3.4 Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
4. Business Listings
4.1 Listing Requirements: All business listings must be legitimate, located in Sri Lanka, and fall within our accepted categories (tours, hotels, restaurants, pubs).
4.2 Approval Process: All listings are subject to admin review and approval before publication.
4.3 Accuracy: Business owners must provide accurate, current, and complete information.
4.4 Prohibited Content: Listings must not contain false information, spam, or illegal content.
5. User Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
- Impersonate others or provide false identity information
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Spam or post unsolicited commercial content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
- Use automated systems to access the Platform without permission
6. Reviews and Ratings
6.1 Authenticity: Reviews must be based on genuine experiences.
6.2 Prohibited Reviews: Fake reviews, reviews written in exchange for compensation, or reviews containing offensive content are not allowed.
6.3 Moderation: We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our policies.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Platform Content: All content on TriBloc, including logos, designs, and text, is owned by TriBloc and protected by copyright laws.
7.2 User Content: By posting content, you grant TriBloc a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content on the Platform.
7.3 Copyright Infringement: We respect intellectual property rights. Report any infringement to support@tribloc.com.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY LISTINGS OR CONTENT. USE OF THE PLATFORM IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
9. Limitation of Liability
TriBloc is a platform connecting users with businesses. We are not responsible for the actions, products, services, or content of listed businesses. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sri Lanka.
